Booking Policy

When you book an appointment with The Wellness Hub, either with the client experience team [phone] or through online booking [jane practitioner management software] we will ask you for your name, address, email address, phone number and payment details to confirm and reserve your appointment time. 

The Wellness Hub requires a minimum of twenty-four [24] hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. We value our practitioners and patients' time in which a canceled or missed appointment leaves a gap in the practitioner's schedule that could be filled with a patient in need, however we do understand that things can happen! If an appointment is canceled or missed within the twenty-four [24] hour period, there will be a cancellation fee equal to a hundred [100] percent of the treatment cost.

Please arrive five [5] to ten [10] minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out any intake forms, grab a refreshment & snack and feel at home within The Wellness Hub. appointments will begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may be subject to losing a portion of the treatment time.
